SHIPPING

Our products are made to order and dispatched from Woodford, Queensland. Once your order is placed, we will then create and dispatch your item. We endeavour to complete this process within 2-4 business days. You will receive an email confirming your dispatch and this will include your tracking information.


All of our orders are shipped via Australia Post and shipping times will vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for any delays due incurred by Australia Post.


Australia Post shipping times:

Standard Shipping (metro areas): 2-5 days

Express Shipping (metro areas): 1-3 days

RETURNS

 

Before shipping, all our products undergo a rigorous quality control process. In the unlikely event that we overlook something i.e the item is defective or damaged, we will exchange the item at no extra cost.

 

We carefully pack your order to minimize the chances of damage during transit. In the unlikely event your item arrives damaged, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. If such an issue arises, please notify us immediately, retain all packaging for return, and if possible, provide a photo of the damaged item upon arrival.

 

We offer a hassle-free 30 day exchange and return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

 

To start a return:

 

1. Please contact us at support@definitelywood.com.au and state the reason for the return and attach a photo of the item.

 

2. We’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label.

 

3. Print out the label and mail in the package. Then send the item back to us within 30 days of initially receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.

 

4. Once the returned item arrives back to us for inspection, the refund process will begin. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days.

 

Please note:

 

We do not accept returns or refunds for item which have already been used or have been treated incorrectly.

We do not provide a refund with regards to a change-of-mind.
